Went to Deer Creek yesterday and caught these two nice rainbows. one 19" and the other 18" together they weighted 6 lbs. Unbeleivable weather for January 3rd.

Thoughts about Fishing

Member and Supporter of the Icelandic Association of Utah.

Was member of the Board of Directors of the Icelandic Association of Utah from 1990, serving in various capacities; President twice 1994-1995 and 1999-2000, Director of Publicity, Director of Public Affairs, Director of Sales, Director of Icelandic Relations and Membership Director.

I helped with several large projects of the Icelandic Association of Utah. I was president of the association in 2000 when the association placed a monument on Heimaey, the largest island of the Westman Islands and an exhibit at the Iceland Emigration Centre at Hofsos, Iceland. I was the Co-Chair of the Icelandic Memorial project in 2005. I also served as fundraising chairman for both the 2000 and the 2005 projects.

I resigned from the board of directors of the Icelandic Association of Utah in 2008. I will forever be grateful for the many experiences that I had while serving the people of Icelandic descent in Utah. It has been an exciting ride, with many memorable experiences. The friends I have found along the way are some of the best that anyone could have.

Although I will not be involved with the Icelandic Association of Utah in their monthly meetings and the planning of their many activities I will remain a supporter of this organization. I pledge my full support to all they do.

Other Hobies include; Gardening, Fishing, Swimming, Family, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Photography, Traveling, History, Writing, and Iceland.

Gardens

Friends like flowers give pleasure just by being there. Share your garden, especially your harvest with your friends.

The garden will give plenty of beautiful flowers and vegetables to share all summer. You will have cut flowers to enjoy indoors or share with special friends, or just leave them in the garden for all to enjoy.

What an awesome reward, for your effort, a garden full of color and lushness that will be a welcome retreat to anyone.
